How did you get into cycling ?
Bikes are all I know really, it all started in school when I began riding a BMX, I enjoyed the mechanical side of modifying bikes and spray painting them as much as the riding itself.

I actually picked up a local sponsor for my riding and toured the UK and Europe, filming videos with the sponsor but was forced to stop due to multiple injuries which meant it became difficult to continue.
I carried on riding bikes, commuting on a fixie and a road bike to get me out into the hills, and that's where my road biking fascination started.
What’s your favourite place to cycle ?
I've only had to chance to ride a bike abroad once before, a few years ago on a family holiday I rented a bike from a local shop in Moraira in Spain - close to Calpe. I climbed Col de Rates which is famous col which many of the Pro's use in their winter training programmes. British roads just can't compare.
Get me out there !!

Have you got any cycling goals this year ?
With my second daughter due to arrive this summer, my goal is fairly clear... Get racing early, race fiercely and get my first win in a crit race after a few near misses last season.
What’s your go to ride with the Waldy Wheelers ?
My go to ride with Waldy has to be the RT Windsor loop. An all out blast, on our very own Waldy segment.

What would you say to someone thinking of joining the Waldy Wheelers ?
I'm a fairly new joiner and have been with Waldy for just over a year but The RT guys have really made me feel at home and part of crew.

What do you do when you’re not cycling ?
Spending time with family, or fixing stuff that isn't broken on my bike. Learning how to work on my own bike has been both a hobby and a very useful experience.
