RACE TEAM
The Waldy Race Team is an extension of the core values of the club, just at a higher pace. We are a fully inclusive Race Team catering for riders who have aspirations to race up to seasoned veterans across the multiple categories, disciplines and ages.
We offer RT chain gang based training sessions 4x per month with 2x shorter midweek & 2x longer weekend. Training rides are fast paced focussing on riding skills at a high pace. We continue the club ‘non drop’ policy by having a designated domestique who will always make sure no one is left alone.

Tom Doran
Tom is our race captain having been the first Waldy to achieve Cat 3. A good engine & competitive spirit had him well placed as a racer.
